this is what u need to do 1. watch what you eat. dont be a nutritions fact freak 'oh it has 1% fat then i cant eat it' and keep eating salad every day. but if u have a fat meal like a huge burger, make sure the rest of ur meals that day and maybe next day are lighter. and make sure u go to gym to try and burn some of those calories 2. u have to have more meals like 5-8 meals a day, but they have to be small, healthy and not fill you up. like eat something healthy every 3 hours. i find this schedule good cereal at 9 am, decent lunch at noon (not a fucking chipotle burrito), a fruit or fruit bowl at 3 pm, dinner around 6. dinner should be light, and then at 9 pm u should have some sort of a fruit or shake or something like that always eat breakfast, coz u havent eaten since the night before. and if u starve urself ur body will keep the fat and eat from ur muscles + u'll eat a much bigger and nastier lunch. breakfast FTW always 3. 24 hour fitness have very good classes such as step class, spin class, kickboxing class. try to mix and match those but always go. like 3-4 times a week should do. very good cardio, time passes by quick. go with Kat to encourage you to into a room full of ladies. u'll probably be the only male. i have no problem with that. 4. muscle increases metabolism. make more muscle. follow light-midium weight routines. i had a link with great exercises, i'll get it to you tonight or tomorrow i have to dig. this link gives good idea http://www.shapefit.com/workout-routines.html 5. drink a shit load of water, really. a shit load. 6. when you lift if you can do 15 reps in a set it's probably too light, if u can't do 6 it's too heavy. start with decent wait, do 10-12, increase and do 10, increase and do 8-10, increase and do 8, then decrease and do 8-10, decrease again and do 8-10. i'll get u exercises |
