I have a goal to be at 180 - 185 ripped and shredded! At 6'1" this goal will be difficult but doable and I should be jacked and shredded!

yeah you got jacked but at the expense of a bump on your chest and I found out why you got it and I know how to get rid of it. The only problem is, now that you have been exposed to it, you are very succeptable to getting another one if you use any ph. I will pm you info to get rid of the bump.

Good stuff, I havent hit free weight bench yet, have been warming things up with hammer strength so I dont tear anything. I am getting a little older now and to try and get tough now would surely be stupid on my end. I need to have patience and do it right. I dont care if the guys at the gym think I am weak at this point, they wont be saying that in a month or two!

Protein intake has been fantastic! I am not getting bloated from it, been using water as opposed to milk and it goes down way smoother and I dont feel fat after I take it.
The only thing I may tale at this point may be like white flood or Jack3d as a preworkout stim, but I will need to cut out my coffee intake as Jack3d contains 100 mg caffeine per serving and rec's 2 servings a day, the body should only take in 300mg a day or you may become flushed or blood pressure will elevate.

Both stim's contain creatine and other necessities, that will make you very vascular and tighten that skin up. All while trying to cut weight, this should turn out well.

Only other supps I will be taking are maybe some Gaba, and Zinc at night time for recovery and hormone stimulation.

This has become the Health/Fitness thread! hahaha

Good to see everyone trying to be heathy though... I have taken a 3 week break from working out since my last competition. Its nice but I am always soo tired, I havent had a break from trainin in almost 2 years now including working out 6 days a week and 2-3 of those days were twice a day. So after backing off these couple weeks I just have too much free time on my hands haha

Very nice! I hate trying to get back into it tho. I am so determined right now, more determined than ever I think. I just wanna be back where I was three years ago. I was ripped up at prolly 185lbs.
