I felt right as rain on that CBR tho! So comfortable to me, like a glove when I sat on it, and when I blistered 2nd gear and the rear tire wanted to come lose I think I left a few swimmers on his seat/tank! If I did get one, I would def have to be very careful and be very choosey about when to get on it and when to be smart, I cant leave behind a family!

you felt good on the cbr cuz you didnt ride a suzuki or yamaha, even alex will tell you, honda's are the most unconfortable, and thats all the he will own, but the seat's and ergonomics suck, just like their dirtbikes

I have ridden many yamaha and suzuki but only 600 / 750's, so I cant compare them, I love that GSXR tho, The R1 is bad too. I dont liek the older ones so much but the newer ones are really nice. I want like an 05 up. I can sell all the junk on my car and get half the money for the bike.... Then just go buy a nice car that doesnt cost an arm and a leg every month

get 02 or up man, definitely go for fuel injection, most yamaha's are carb'd before then, and then you cant get a power commander, gotta deal with choke's, and syncing carbs, and cleaning them after winder, too much maintenance instead of riding

yeah I agree, but I want a leader bike if I am going to get one, not for the fastness, but for the road planted feeling I get when I ride them. I am kinda looking for the opposite of "flickable" at the moment just because I feel safer on them. I also want something that has a lot of bottom end (without haveing to swap gearing/sprockets around) for just cruising around and not having to worry about loading up on me. I knwo with the FI systems now, that really isnt a problem, but just want a bigger one.
