The thing is that the orginal hood would cost more than this hood. Im going with a project, only the 335is peeps will know about. Ya may not like my style but im going do it, carbon fiber CSL trunk not painted next. Carbon fiber wrap roof. Yeah i keep forgetting to take off plate, I know the expose carbon fiber is ricey, BUT I want to be different.

Mind if I ask your age? Not trying to insuate or cause a problem. Just trying to see if the car style youre after is more of a younger crowd thing.

I don't want to crap on anyone's thread but dude, you drive a 335is. They are rare. I mean I see more M3s than 335is around my area so why make it look so cheap. Atleast the rims can pass for BBS tho they are replicas but the hood too ... I guess "to each his own" but yea pls paint the hood at very least and leave the vents exposed in carbon. Same thing with the CSL trunk - you can have the top of the trunk lip exposed and blend/paint the rest.

You may as well gone with a m3 hood. Dude you have a 335is, embrace the beauty and already clear uniqueness. This isn't coming from a 335is owner who cannot afford a new hood...trust me, at least paint the hood as mentioned before. May as well go with a gloss black wrap instead of a carbon fibre one too at this point

What happened to your stock hood?

You say you want to be different, yet your car looks like the riced out Hondas I see everywhere...

I can agree with those saying to change the hood... we all just hate to see a beautiful 335is get ruined

I wouldn't say we're bothered. That's a little dramatic.

The hood doesn't fit and it looks terrible. We're all adults here... no need to sugarcoat our opinion.

I respect his decisions to do as he pleases with his own car.

Haha how often do you think it's safe for us to be using our LC?

I've wondered that my self. In forums and in the manual, it says don't do it too often (but I have no idea if often is once per day or 50 a day). I try to control myself mainly to save my rear tires

I only do it very rarely, maybe once a week on average. I find launching manually to be much more fun though (or mix up the 1st gear LC with manual shifts after 2nd).
