they are giving me a hard time because I misplaced my receipt... *sigh*...

I asked them to give me the date that I registered my computer... you know, that online registration they make you do when you boot up your laptop for the first time... and they couldn't give me that because they said that is part of the marketing group. *sigh*

I even have a shipping label to Fry's Electronics from the manufacturer less than a year from today, so that should say that I bought this thing less than a year ago.

I thinking I'm gonna have to goto Fry's today to try and obtain a duplicate receipt printed.
