good man, called it in early tonight after being at my friends house yet again. . . hitting up the spa, smooking hookah and what not. Kinda had a headache and needed to get away from it all . . . .so here I am laying in bed. Though I feel good now

Pop's italian sausage and burgers were awesome though haha, and watching him at beer pong was hilarious too. I've gotta film pops (my friends dad) in action sometime. . .

and decided that since I dont drive around fast anymore and have matured enough to say "forget it" everytime someone wants to show me up. . . . I've decided to go with an M-tech rear bumper and side skirts to complete my car, instead of the Dinan flash. . . .

. . . besides, I'm a former procede V2 and V3 guy, so I've been there and done that and know what its like. But its time to take it easy, save gas, under stress my car, avoid getting a ticket, and just mature up and not give a damn what other people think about whether I race them or not, or who's car is sicker. Fuck them.

And thats why I want to ditch the tune and go with the cosmetics.

yea mike, I'm definitely keeping my car, without a doubt.

I realized that I was merely bored with it, and that is no excuse to get rid a car. But after switching cars with my buddy and his S4, and watching my own car roll and in motion for the first time. . . . . it had me and everyone in the car slapping myself over the head for ever wanting to get rid of it. . . atleast for an S4, Z4 M, or e46 M3

word dude, I got my last ticket and that was it. . . .and I've been watching others mob it around and drive aggressive and realized that. . . . you look like a dumb ass when you do that, doesnt look cool or classy. I watched this old dude in a porsche do the same thing today and I said to myself "wow, do I really look that lame when I do the same?"

I already sold my procede and BMS intake. . . . just sticking to an exhaust and a drop in air filter for now. I cant wait for the m-tech sides to go on, and then eventually the m-tech rear as well. . . . it'll definitely kick my car's appearance up a few notches

You ever go in with the stock exhaust to get the car unflagged? If so, you just swapped out the borrowed OEM exhaust with your catback after?

to be honest, i really enjoy driving slow and easy. . . . it's just so much more stress free knowing that im not stressing anything in my car, saving gas, not looking like an idiot, not being un safe, or not risking getting another ticket. . . . all of those things far out weigh the costs of aggressive acceleration and driving.

The first time I've heard of hookah was in '03 when I hung out with some Persians. Now at the local Starbucks, the Armos bring a portable kit and assemble it on the table outside. Dudes be out there smokin' hookah and playing cards everyday all day, regardless of it's cold or hot.

I'm still awaiting what those fuck heads have to say about this situation. The last time I spoke with someone at Sterling was on friday and he was saying that I wont need to have my car inspected by a field rep and that when I come in, they'll see whether or not i have my modifications or not. However, I do still need a damn field rep to inspect the car to approve the retro fitting of an oil cooler, should I chose to go Dinan one day.

So on tuesday, I'm making sure I go in and have this all taken care of. So as of now, I'm not 100 percent clear on what the situation is, but it's definitely looking fine. Though I dont know whats going to happen with the waste gate issue in relation to my after market exhaust. I havent borrowed anyones and quite frankly dont want to go through the hassle of doing so. If the fix for the actuator issue is just a progman update, then i shouldnt have to pay more then a few hundred for labor, and thats less then the headaches, run arounds, and costs of swapping exhausts.
