That seems like a pretty good option. I may give him a try next spring. I plan to do my own full detail sometime this fall. If it ever stops raining in Columbus...

Also, took my car in for an oil change to MAG and they gave me a 2011 328 this week. All I can say is that I'm REALLY REALLY glad I decided to get a 335 (even if I did have to go pre-LCI to stay in my budget)!

Guess I better get off my backside and order up some winter tires, looks like winter is around the corner, Any suggestions on winter tires for NE Ohio winters? Thinking about Blizzaks in a non-run flat...............

Blizzak WS60

I've used them for the past 2 winters and they have worked great.

Thanks for the quick response. I should have mentioned that I was considering the WS70 Blizzak due to the fact that my tire size is not available in the WS60. These will go on our 325i which is more our daily driver and runs 205/55/16. Absolutely going to hate pulling off the Style 197 and the 18's

It seems that this tire does not like warm temperatures, how early/late do you typically run these?

They are pretty soft, so they will wear through pretty quickly if you run them too far into Spring. But, I generally play it safe and haven't seen any wear issues. I usually put them on around Thanksgiving weekend and then go back to my summer tires by Easter.

several questions

hi,
I have a 09 328i with hallogen. I am looking to replace my headlights bulbs, angel eye(to led) and fog light bulbs with some type of xenon white lights. I currently have the yellowish ones.
Any suggestions on any kits, packets on bulb brand and models?.

On the same topic, is there a way I could have my angel eye run as DRLs? right now, It runs only high beams. But I would like for it to run LED angel eyes as DRLs, just like the new model, they look cool.

Also, I am looking to sell my oem rims 16s and get me some 18s oem or replicas, but how do I know what spacers or offset, I will need?
too many questions...but my username will let u know.

Get a set of cheap 17" wheels from Tire Rack along with 17" winter tires. It will save you a lot of hassle in the long run. Plus 17" winter tires are more common.

I just mounted up my winter wheels today :-). Stock sport package rims wrapped in 225/40/18 WinterSport 3D's. :-) Bring it on Old Man Winter!
