Exactly. But this would be an awesome grift for the audiophile type EV owners.

The main engine to chassis ground cable on my E90 M3 rotted out. Could have used the Monster cable upgrade.

Well, the bliss was short lived. Yesterday he got an error for the electronic parking brake, it will not disengage. Car will not move an inch. Next available service appt is 9/30. Yikes.

I remember a while ago someone took delivery of a new Tesla and the brakes were terrible and noisy, when eventually Tesla inspected it after a long wait for service it was discovered a brake pad in the set up was missing.

May be the EPB module has failed. Mobile unit could come out and check and possibly repair.

I assume it's the EPB, googled it and seems like there are tons of failures with those, sadly. Car has less than 300 miles.

That sucks. Here I was thinking my wife's car is too new to be having issues and we've driven it to 60k miles now lol.

I have heard that people with Teslas often cannot get service at all. And that Tesla will send out a hit squad and kill you if you complain. There have been so many suspicious murders since Tesla started selling cars. Someone should investigate.

That wasn't the worse. My friend still has to pay for his monthly car lease. On top he has to pay for a car rental until he get his fuxxing Tesla back.

No wonder there are so many white and black color Tesla involved in car accidents in where I lived. They are the new generation hit men

"concern"?

EV depreciation has been a thing since the original Leaf made EV's a bit more mainstream. That story has repeated itself across literally every EV out there. Anyone buying an EV expecting otherwise is a complete fool. Right now, lease is by far the more financially responsible way to drive an EV.

The "concern" was legitimate. My only regret was that I did not add quotation marks around the word in the prior post.

The overhead electrical cables started it off.

You guys think that's bad? Boy have I got a story you for!
My friend bought a damn Fisker Ocean because he lives in Miami and wanted to stand out without spending a million dollars. Talk about a horrid financial mistake, this was of course after I repeatedly told him not to. Not only has the car depreciated 80% in a year, the company went bankrupt and of course, the car got a OTA update and bricked lol. Can't get it out of "Neutral." Has to wait to get the car fixed by a mobile squad that either Fisker or whatever company that provided him aftermarket warranty (through Fisker, I think, it's really convoluted but necessary since nobody knew if the company would make it or not). He's 100 on the list of cars that this happened to, meaning there's 99 other cars that these guys have to fix prior to his. Which i'm actually really surprised that there are only 100 cars in the country that this happened to. So that's the good news? Good luck.

Fire caused by car hitting natural gas pipeline... electrical cables destroyed by fire.

Fisker’s first car was a trainwreck of poor performance and poor efficiency, all wrapped up in a giant chassis no one understood. This is a bad idea because Fisker and nothing else.
