Bought my 330xi with 5% all around. Dropped the front windows to 15% and added a 5% windshield visor. Works perfectly for me

they have made transitions glasses completely useless though. Blocks so much UV they don't work. Quote:
Keep the receipt in the glove box. and any good tint shop will have a VLT meter. They will test the windows before tint application. You lose 3-5% just through the non tinted glass. so if they test out at 4%, and they install a tint that allows 75% of the light, you will be 1% above the legal limit. and no worries about different tint levels front and rear. I left the front windows lighter, it looks factory. |

Washed, oiled and installed my k&n air filter for the euro air box. Remembered I forgot to post pics of my broken u joint and front driveshaft. Broken side was the differential side. Car's like new after it was replaced!

Ouch that must've made quite the noise and vibration going down the road.

Just swapped out my non-heated driver's seat for a heated one. Just in time for summer!

Rear calipers and pads, front rotors and pads.
Replaced both rear abs sensors (shimmed so the hub doesn't eat them) - YAY NO MORE ABS lights. Also soldered rear pad sensor and replaced front pad wear sensor. Reset pad wear sensors - Odometer reset + BC button at same time to access reset menu. |

ABS, DSC, AIR BAG, BRAKE.
No speedometer, no cruise control. I kept replacing right (cruise control) and left (speedometer) rear speed sensors but it took a while to realize the sensor was being ground down by the portion of the hub the sensor reads. I finally got a good set of sensors and shimmed them using large washers. |
