Running the v7.1 stg 2+ 93Oct.

For some reason car seems to feel slower then b4. Did two pull with my fd one night.
I sometimes have a bit of clutch slip around 3-4000rpm. Can someone take a look at my log?
Boost seems a bit low at high end? Also running rich at high rpm higher gear? Should I worry about My timing correction?
Thx. Please let me know what you guys think

I really want to get a. Custom tune. But also need to finish with all my hardware first. Really thinking about relocating inlets.

Definitely looks like a boost leak, what have you checked so far? Your AFR doesn't look bad but your LPFP looks like it may no agree with the e25 blend.

Anyone help with this? Itching to do the flash but don't want to start if the baseline shows there's going to be an issue.

Car history. Bought and ended with a rod knock bone stock last year 83k, Engine replaced by specialist as BMW warranty decided they weren't gonna cover it.

New engine 21k miles block only. rest of the parts moved over. Spark plugs changed less than 1k ago with engine oil flush Original injectors and Coils (thinking I might need to get these) original turbos with wastegate rattle.

Did two runs back to back

Fuel is 99ron ~93/94 Octane.

I'm trying to learn what all the numbers should be, if anyone could link a guide or post of what normal values should be that would be great. If my reading so far is right the the HPFP is getting tired? LPFP is ok?

Thinking of getting a FMIC but I live in Scotland and it's cold almost all year round.

Thanks in advance

I'll take a stab at it, by no means an expert. Timing looks good. Boost and target seem right on point and wgdc looks solid. Possible throttle closures (dtc all the way off with long press?) Hpfp seems to trail off a bit more than most data logs I've seen, was the pump changed with the block?

Yeah I realised I left DCT on after doing the runs. Was my first time doing one and it was 4am.

They didn't change the pump all the original parts were used except the block. Theres no 12year 100k warranty on HPFP here in the UK.

So bar the HPFP it looks ready to flash?

I would say go for it just keep an eye on the HPFP. From what I can gather once it starts dropping below 1k psi it's on its way out. Hope all goes well post s log once you're done with the flash, before and after is always cool to see!

I would say yes, start with plugs and then maybe coils if it doesn't get much better.

I know for a fact I have a leak in the downpipe gasket. I am waiting for a new one to arrive so I can replace it but that shouldn't cause a boost leak as far as I understand.

Agreed on the lpfp, it's dipping way to much and a stage 2 lpfp upgrade is on the way. These dips however didn't influence the rail pressure which is comforting.

No I would start at the vacuum lines. The ones behind the oil filter housing seem to be a common culprit. I had a small crack in a vaccum canister when I bought the car and replace both solenoids and all vaccum lines before I found it. If you haven't changed them it would be a good idea to anyway. Worst case scenario your out a little money but you have peace of mind knowing they're fresh. The one that goes to the bank 1 turbo is a pain!

thanks, going to end up getting all my injectors, coil and plugs replaced by 3rd party warranty. Well expect the plugs but that should smooth this puppy up quite a bit.

What does the "maf req wgdc g/s" mean? Couldn't find much information on it and there seems to be a large variance between the logs I've looked at in various posts.

That is mass flow requested for wg duty cycle and is the X axis for the wgdc base table, adder table etc. Y axis being boost setpoint.

Your AFR's look fine. Boost is a little low for target, check for leaks but otherwise looks good.

Word. WGDC is high. There's a definite leak and/or vacuum issue going on.

Also, I wouldn't add any more E than what's already in the tank; LPFP is looking tired.

Thanks guys! Yeah I noticed the lpfp is tired. Installing stage 2 lpfp and looking for boost leaks next week

Looks like you may have a slight boost leak, check vacuum lines, IC couplers, CP, vacuum solenoids etc.

As for the timing corrections I would look at replacing the plugs first then coils
