Depends on what track. SOW is generally 150 for one day and 2 day events are around 280. You can be under 18 but you must have a parent go with you and they need to sign all the waivers etc etc. There was a few 15..16 year olds last time i went that drove their dads cars. It was weird seeing 15 year olds in Shelbys, C6 corvettes, and even a space gray 335.

depends on the organization, i know redline allows you to rent helmets. And some events even let you use Motorcycle helmets so you can even borrow one.

If you plan on going even just 2...3 times a year i say its more worth it to buy yourself a helmet. open face helmets can range from 100-150ish and full face is 250+
