Thx guys, appreciated.

Was a combo of zero sugar, low carb, strict scheduled meals and only 3 times a day, no nibbles... lost in between 6,2kg and a trouser which has layed more than 7 years into my closet fits again.
Great feeling, now increasing muscles and keep the weight healthy.

Mental note to self, do not record with the unit upside-down. When viewing with the GoPro app, orientation is fine. On anything else, even with adaptive orientation on, it's upside down. All the footage that I took during this morning's track session at Lakeside is no good....

I am a finger picker and tried to learn this song as they played it. beyond me I guess. Maybe I should give it another go cause I always loved that song.

You can code the metadata into the file for universal playback to the correct orientation. It's a google search away.
