srs I thought I would fuck my shit up for life all the time playing rugby...just ice it and take anti inflammatory's and only walk on it as comfortable as you feel (a little pain is fine, but don't limp to avoid pain nor walk on it with too much pain...limping will just aggravate surrounding muscles)

Do what you can and ice/soak for the next 2 days and you will be surprised how much better it is

How much do you stretch the ankle area? I used to roll mine alot and then I started just walking the baseline on the outsides of my foot before every session of hoops and have been good since. If I do turn it, it heals up pretty quickly.
