I absolutely hated that "feature" when my wife had her GX. That and the least responsive touchscreen that I have ever used.

I bought practically the same Biergarten table this weekend but old and painted from an antique store for a pumpkin carving party this weekend. I'm fascinated by the double duty latch mechanisms on it
Tell us more about this pumpkin carving party
A bunch of drunk grown ups drinking, and carving with sharp utensils from kits that we bought for everyone. Something different and nothing could possibly go wrong with that combo

Yup, that's an interpretation of a vagine on the one. Surprised only one in the group

I haven't a clue as I wouldn't even entertain the notion enough to price it. My buddies wife's Acura is the same way. Lots of loaded extras, as long as you pay a monthly subscription for it.

I won't lie, I'm a Lexus fan, but yes, their infotainment system is complete garbage. The IS 500 has my attention though. I could see it being my next ride.

AW7? The one that's supposedly in short supply and backordered for months?

This thing has me curious. Have you used one before? I'd be interested in hearing your take on it.

This is an SE - my wife doesn't really care about electronic stuff so the only reason for the upgrade is Verizon gave us an even trade - iPhone XR with cracked back glass for a new iPhone 13. They also gave $150 off a watch when you get a new phone so it really was a no brainer to get her a watch for some activity monitoring (steps, calories, water intake, stuff like that)

Interesting idea... let us know how it goes. I don't see a huge advantage or cost savings over a regular plug-in light duty pressure washer though.

I've tried it before and returned it, it's not enough pressure IMHO. It will get some light stuff off the paint but it's nowhere near a pressure washer.

I ended up taking apart a Ryobi pressure washer, mounted it on the garage wall, mounted a reel on an arm that swings out towards the driveway when I'm using it outside but locks into place when I'm not.

During fall/ winter months I pull the car into the garage and spray it down, takes 30 seconds and uses a fraction of the water compared to doing it with a garden hose sprayer.

Edit:
Here's a crappy pic of iteration 1, excuse the unpainted walls and the use of garbage materials, at the time I was just trying to see how I like it and what changes I wanted to make.

Sorry for the hijack

Well done! I love seeing stuff like this! I didn't figure that thing would be 4,000 psi or anything but, there are times something like this would be handy on a job-site for a quick clean up was my thinking.

Thanks, it's super handy, nothing to connect just turn on and go. Coming home in the evening? Pull up to the garage and zap all of the bugs covering the front end in 10 seconds, pull the car in.

My current set up doesn't get used for the simple fact that it's just too much of a pita. 30 minutes to set something up to use for 5 minutes. Pass.

Wish I had a drain in my garage... I would definitely set up a wash bay. Too damn cold most of the winter to do it outside or to just squeegee the water outside

Good deal. Love my AW6. It works so well with the phone, it's really like two inseparable parts of a system.

Yep, I bought a flat hose (so garage door can still close) and manifold for the outside tap and pressure washer sits next to my air compressor in front corner of garage now, always connected to water and power. takes less than a minute to roll outside and use, no set up required.
