Glad u like the new mod. It gives me .000005 seconds faster on my 0-60 because they are more flush with my fender, thus creating a better air flow pattern

i did some good overhead dumbell workouts for triceps other day

Warm up with 60 lbs - 20 times

yeah right about now, I am feeling pretty good, maybe a little behind where I want to be weight wise in the gym, but trying to stay as lean as possible while bulking/toning up so I am not eating as much as I should be to sustain the big weight increases I would regularly see. I anticipate this will change soon enough though. I am not really trying for big numbers tho, just want to look good and get my stamina back!
