there's a budget department and general accounting department, both using the same financial reporting tool, but only one general accounting department person has the access to modify the report mapping, we figure out the problem as duplicate mapping, all that the accounting person got to do is to delete the mapping and add again, but no, she said it's something on the programming logic and that we need to do more research on the problem, so i went in, redid the mapping myself and bam! problem solved

on top of that, the same person actually tried to call my boss' boss to complain about me when i was searching for one of her problem and did not respond to her within 1 hour...

Our accounting department is cool though, for the most part. The CFO drives a 7 series so I talk car with him sometimes, he knows nothing about cars though.

I handle most of the support calls for most of the company. I just have to make sure the corporate office is running extremely smoothly.

We don't have toooooo many user issues though. It's mainly server stuff and networking issues I have to deal with.

We do have two remote techs that work out on our facilities but they're really useless.
