well we all know muscle weighs more than fat...putting on 4lbs of muscle in a month is a really hard task...id say keep it at 2lbs and you wont get mad at yourself for not getting to 4....at your frame 4lbs of muscle is gonna look like 8-10lbs on someone who is 6ft.
