Instead I took it to a very reputable BMW guy who has nothing but positive reviews, and put my trust in HIM. It cost me $340 to fix my car, and I WAS gonna go to the first shop with a letter from my lawyer threatening to take him to court if not refunded my money. But instead I called him up and threatened him and cursed him out etc, and at this point forgot about my $340, because of my peace of mind, which I think at this point Dan should maybe do as well. But Dans not me. And if somebody EVER asks me about Parts and Polish, I'm gonna tell them the place is a shithole and rag it because of my experience, just like Dan does, simply because when I called Johnathan and told him what happened, he was giving me the run around about how I'm so sure it was something HE did and the car didn't just mess up...

So until something like this happens to one of u guys, which I hope never does, I DO see where Dan is coming from...

its cool vinny...im sure 98% of people dont know what im capable of...but im sure ur boys back home know exactly how i would LIKE to handle this.

I know it was dumb, but no i didnt. I made an appointment to like a week after i got the springs put on and something came up and I totally forgot.

Mexico was awesome!! We stayed at this place in Riviera Maya call the NOW Jade Riviera Cancun. It was amazing!! I would recommend it to anyone looking to go to Cancun.

i get what your saying and i see where you and dan are coming from but if i wanted a refund you better believe i would have taken it back to the place that did the original work before anything else...

FOR INSTANCE:
Just had brakes done on my moms truck... now the brakes chirp... im not going to a different mechanic to have him look at it and fix it im gonna bring it to where the work was done and have him fix it... now i agree more with you because you couldve gotten seriously injured and shit but if you really didnt want them to do work on your car then you should have AT THE MINIMUM taken pictures and gone to small claims court and made them pay...

since your not looking for a refund, then i agree bash them all you want when someone ASKS your opinion on them, just dont go bashing them when your not even talking about them (ie - hes a akm junkie and they suck ect ect)
