Hybrids don't behave like stock turbos and no reason to let them fall off unless there are other limitations (fueling, octane, etc.). You'll need to tune the WGDC and probably PID at some point, but first I thing I'd do is make sure boost limit multi is set high enough to allow the boost up top and load target high enough to command it. If those are already set sufficiently high to allow 18-20psi >5500rpm, tack on some WGDC Adder (Airflow) over ~355 g/s and see how that goes. Make sure WGDC Ceiling (Adder) is higher than your Adder values. You may need/want to rescale the MAF breakpoints on WGDC tables if you haven't already. Load seems low for 20psi target, so I assume you already have scaling set up? Load will be lower per boost when scaled or, looking at it the other way, you'll have more boost per load on the scaled portion of the sensor, so yes, load column values may not be ideal going from something tuned for 20psi @ 200 load to 20psi @ ~150 load. You can re-scale load break points or the z-cell values as needed. You are running a lot of timing and are on the lean side already, so be careful. That might be a product of running in the lower load columns or maybe you have it tuned like that. The DME doesn't seem to be complaining about either, but keep a close eye on them while you're getting boost/loads set. If you fatten up the AFRs at all, keep an eye on the trims, they're already on the high side. |

Thanks for the advice. I have tweaked the tune a little. I made the afr richer by .2 in the higher load areas along with adjusting the load breakpoints. Timing i am going to leave the same as i have not seen any corrections. The upped the fuel scaler as i may have added more e85 than i originally thought so the tune is probably more like e55 and not e40 which would explain why i havent seen any timing drops.

The STFT is a -20-25% value. Does this mean fuel is being pulled?what would cause this? Over boost situation? I will try to re-adapt. Thanks |

Yes its pulling fuel. Could be couple reasons ltfts high or scalars too high, probably the former.

I'm noticing a lot of timing corrections I'm running 91 octane (canadian) stage 0 map. Do I need to be using 94 octane? Or is there something that needs to be looked at / fixed? Spark plugs, coils are new within the past 5000 km. Bank 2 fuel injectors are new within the past 10000 km. 07 335i 150000 km |

Try Stage 1 ACN on the same 91 octane and see if anything changes. |

I've flashed stage 1 ACN and the car feels amazing. I'm still noticing timing being pulled as well as a throttle closure. The car feels amazing though: http://www.datazap.me/u/lertets/log-...7-8-9-10-11-26 http://www.datazap.me/u/lertets/log-...og=2&data=3-23 |

I've read that 94 up your way is actually worse than 91, but give it a shot and see. Just curious, what's the price of fuel up there, by grade? Also, you need to reset adaptations ASAP. STFT values are all over the place. |

Need some input about wgdc after pid. I feel like I am having some boost leak issues.
Wot started @2500rpm in 3rd gear but low boost and not hitting target boost. High wgdc and wgdc after pid (80%) @ 2500rpm to 3000rpm. Feels like turbo lag. This is about 1k miles after pure turbo install. FBO inlets Pure Stage 2 turbos 91oct. http://www.datazap.me/u/cb1/fbo-inle...-25&solo=22-25 |
