It's fine. First put the broth in a pot, let it boil, don't microwave it. Dump the noodles/meat until a big bowl and warm it up for about 1 minute or not too much longer in the microwave. Just enough so the noodles aren't clumped together, too much time in the microwave will make things soggy. Lemon, Sriracha, and basil and you're golden!

Pho-To-Go is quite good. The ideal thing to do is to get it to go and boil your own noodles (the fresh kind, not the dried kind). But when you're sick, anything will do. I think she'll be happy to have soup. Just go some place you know there isn't too much MSG (I can taste it).
