I have no ambition man! I am so DAMN! tired all the time! Like I have no energy once I get home from work. Sucks big time.
I know after this week I will be pretty good to go tho. I didnt want to get into it this week because all my wife's family is coming for L's birthday party on saturday and I knew I wasnt going to be able to get the damn gym because they were going to be here.

I am really hoping after this weekend, things will ease up for me a little. It has to, because I am not happy right now. I need to get to the gym.

Every motion (exercise) you make should be controlled and isolated. Whether you are doing bar, or dumbbell, or cable, every motion should be as strict as the next. I do agree some motions hit different areas of the same oart of the muscle, but keep this in mind: your upper chest is your upper chest, as is the lower and the middle. You can restrict movement to a certain location, but as long as the motion is strict there is no reason to hit the same area twice.
You are breaking the muscle down entirely way too much. Sometimes less is better.
The biggest, strongest guys I know will go in do 7 sets of flat bench for 3-6 reps a set and call it a day.

your most basic movements will gain the most mass.
Flat
Incline
Decline
and some flys or crossovers if you wish. Crossovers will really get you the center part of your chest development. So your chest appears to be more defined.

Now if you want to be cut up and not worry about mass so much then yes Jerry you want to isolate the minor muscle groups and target defining movements rather than bulking movements

Maintain controlled movements, dont just throw weight up as fast as you can, take your time, 3 count down, explode up! these are called negatives, negatives will also focus on building much more mass as you are forcing acid into the muscles resulting in far better pumps.
