Man, camera gear is no joke! I only have the tri-pod out of my wish list! I busted my kit lens so I went out and got a 18-200mm lens but it's a cheap brand called Quantaray so that does not count as an upgrade I don't think...

Quantaray is usually rebadged from Sigma or Tamron I think. Can be hit or miss.

The weather report looks promising. What are your plans for the weekend? 3 to 10 trips to Fantasia?

A 54 year old woman had a heart attack and was taken to the hospital. While on the operating table she had a near death experience. Seeing God she asked "Is my time up?"
God said, "No, you have another 43 years, 2 months and 8 days to live."

Upon recovery, the woman decided to stay in the hospital and have a face-lift, liposuction, breast implants and a tummy tuck. She even had someone come in and change her hair colour and brighten her teeth! Since she had so much more time to live, she figured she might as well make the most of it.
After her last operation, she was released from the hospital. While crossing the street on her way home, she was killed by an ambulance.
Arriving in front of God, she demanded, "I thought you said I had another 43 years? Why didn't you pull me out from the path of the ambulance?"

God replied: "I didn't recognize you!!"

Is this taking place at Great America?

If so, they had a private event yesterday, so the tires might be a little worn.

Yep, that's the one. Yeah TKC was watching them do laps from the roof of his hotel yesterday and he told me about that.

I had a pass for that event but lost track of time.

It was a Yokohama event with Minis and Saturday will be a Mini event with Yokohama tires. I believe the cars are from Budget rental.

Driving a turbo mini sounds fun!

Now that I think about it, if I attended this event, I would want it to rain. Just for shits and giggles, ya know?

Don't drink & drive, and only you can prevent forest fires.

Baseball season is coming up and the Giants look like favorites to win the division.

Edit: Only because we have no competition
