Tunerworks calgary quoted me $1000 Wheels plus best they could do is $735 all in (with alignment and corner balance if i can recall correctly) Speedtech edmonton said it would take around 5 hours to do and their shop rate is $95/hr and $100/hr for alignment and they told me they're very familiar with the e90 chassis

Thanks for the responses, much appreciated, I think it would be a bit tough as a DIY for me, I will probably end up in Edmonton to get this done just need to source the KW or H&H coilovers, I received a quote for $1,300 for the KW from the states with $175 shipping (ouch).
Seems like a lot of $$$ for simply changing that goofy stance of the xi, but it seems the best way to go as springs alone seems to present issues to the stock shocks. |

Did that include an alignment and corner-balance? If yes, then that's not bad.
A guy I know in my local Z Car club had his 350Z alignment (including corner-balance) done at Eurasia and his bill was $600. But practically his entire suspension was all aftermarket adjustable pieces. |

Thanks, received the same quote from Tunerworks, with about 6hrs. of labour, I don't think that included alignment.
What did you end up spending on the bilstein setup? + install, thoughts on why you went with it, did you source locally? Quote:

Decided to do this instead, because it seems like too much of a hassle just to raise and lower for winter, and just so many more problems with our colder winters and lots of salt etc. Cold weather, the coils could get a little squeaky and heard from others which I'm not sure if it's true or not, but their adjusting bolts ended up rusting so they lost that function I'm also not tracking the car either, so another reason why i went with shock/strut + springs Heard the bilsteins are just a tad stiffer than ZSP's. The koni sa yellows front are adjustable which is nice, but they're back ordered just about everywhere i checked.

Interesting .. I've always used Husky 94 since I started to increase the boost .. always felt better, even when using meth.
People keep telling me it's bad gas, but I'm inclined to think otherwise |

No, I didn't remove myself, but after making a comment about the street racing videos that were posted and how those should not be condoned, it would appear that I'm out. WTF?
