Humpday pizza. Why Humpday? Because it's Wednesday, that's why.
New product at the Grocer that turned out to be most excellent. Good crust and they didn't skimp on the toppings. Might be my new go to frozen pizza. I didn't have to add anything to it. A+ https://legrec.ca/en/ |

The can opener didn't work, and we didn't have a back-up manual in the house. I think the touch of blood from that opening was the key ingredient. Also available for lunch today!

“Athens-style” Greek salad
Inspired by Greek salad I had in tavernas in Athens last November. “Secret” ingredient is LOTS of oregano. Tomato Green bell pepper Onion Kalamata olives Feta Salt Freshly ground pepper Oregano EVOO With grilled Chaldean flatbread. Dessert was a fresh mango, surprisingly good. Very tangy, sweet but not overly so, and not bitter or sour. p.s. pls look past the chipped bowl…the horror! Last edited by chassis; 06-28-2024 at 09:48 PM.. |
