I've already got a list of Mods for her car, debadge, Euro headlight, blackline, MTech bumper, carbon fiber mirror cover, wheels...if only I have that many options for mod on my E92.

I just find them not as intimidating in an interview. Not to be sexist, but usually the female interviewers are more managers or the HR partners, not your Technical IT partners asking the tough questions.

yah dude, technical people ask you questions they dont know how to answer themselves most of the time. like u said im a believer of know WHERE to get in the info vs. knowing the info

Yeah, I remember I had this one interview, the guy had a really tough question and was super cool so I knew I could say this to him, "I'm not going to BS you, I don't know the answer, but if you put a computer in front of me, I can probably google it."

He laughed... Yes, I got that job.

i had ONE interview where the guy put me on a computer, gave me a problem and told me i had 2 hours to solve it. I could use google, MSDN, whatever i want.
Some other guy beat me to solution by 3.5 minutes, so he was hired hahaha
he contacted me 3 months later to hire me, but i was already out of his pay range

see you guys in a bit. when i got my car back i noticed that they replaced the instrument cluster so now the max temperature reads 340 degrees where as before it was 300 degrees....
