yeah see if you can get a second opinion, if they can not help you, buy the miles now to save over buying them later. Also check to see when the earliest you can get out of your lease is, I think it is like a few months or something.
Also when you go in, make them a deal, get you out of the mile overages, and you will buy your next vehicle from them, they will make more money off of you buy selling you another car, than making you pay for the miles and you taking your business elsewhere.

thats the norm, if you buy another car from there they wipe miles under the table

doesn't the lemon law say 4 services orders within 18,000 or 2 years from original delivery date?? what about the other points ie..4 attempts and still not resolved?

thats what i was wondering too... it doesnt say UNDER 18,000 miles, jerry should be able to bend it a little (well the lawyer should be able to)

for a new car using "within" meant under 18,000 miles BUT I thought his 4 services were done when his car has NOT reach the 2 years from original delivery.
