well...now there is an official recall on MY 3 Series. You just don't know if you will receive the letter or not. Before, there wasn't. Now you have something justified to say to them. Be proactive about it and use it to your advantage...

I think it depends on the build date. I haven't had any issues within 3.5 yrs of ownership. There is an extended warranty on our cars for this issue (HFP)only.

yea MY 09 is also recalled BUT i dont want them subbing out my working hpfp for a non working one
