I don't believe powdercoating an exhaust is a good idea. It won't be able to handle the heat imho. If it was ceramic coated then there is an issue.

there is a high temp powdercoat, but i will likely ceramic coat, yes...

i am asking for powdercoaters because i feel like they may be able to ceramic coat as well
