find a lawyer, if they accept it, they 99.5% they will solve the case for you, if they reject the case right away, or in 2 days, that means you really can't win, just file to your own insurance and have your own insurance to pay for the expense to fix your car. shit happens, you know. ppl lie just trying to get their ass away. the person that hit you is one of them.
