I was one of them. based on some statements in Nugget's VTT thread people seem to think that DCT is making those calculations from boost readings, or torque figures which they (and subsequently I) thought would be reflected as stock numbers. so, to better express my point,( not that this is what actualy happens between DCT and DME) if stock boost is 8psi, and stock torque is 300 ft lbs, and FBO puts you around 15psi and 350 ft lbs, the DCT would be clamping based on 8psi and/or 300 ft lbs, not the latter. IS THIS NOT THE CASE?? The DCT is making clamping "aggressiveness" decisions based on what the JB4 is seeing? not the DME?
I was just going off what I read and don't claim to really know how the DME and DCT interact.
All I know is that my DCT acted differently (sloppy downshifts, slower upshifts) and occasionally slipped when running a JB4. No slip and behaves the same as stock when running a flash tune. Your mileage may vary.

Here are the aluminum bolts from turner. Just says n54 though? Assume they are they same.

You sound jelly. BMW moved on from the N54 to the N55 for good reason. Just saying. And the S55 is based off of the N55. It's simply a better platform

Funny, I have read posts over the course of many years where N54 owners were literally begging for more power. I'd even go so far to hedge a bet that it was a far longer time than N55 owners have waited for 400 + whp via the Pure Stage 1. In a year or so, after Stage 2 is released, who will then be crying for a new, low cost, solution?

For the water pump "screws," go to: www.fcpeuro.com
Part number 11517602123 About 4.50 each.

They also have all of the o rings you may need.

I was given the same part number by my parts guy at the dealer but a Google search shows that they are steel. I guess we need to confirm this. They may have changed from aluminum to steel at some point. They are $1.25 each from the dealer, no shipping. Which O rings do we need?

Yay that is the same part I got from Turner, so I may not have to return them after all

If they're steel we shouldn't need them at all, hopefully. Maybe Pure Turbos can chime in on this one?
