Im back guys, got my tire problem fixed.
I ended up going to tws where i install my tires. It was a problem with the valve stemp. They didnt lock it tight enough. and they also did my fender for free.

guys.... i have people out of state interested in my wheels. for shipping, would i need to take the wheels to a fedex/ups/etc to get a price? or can i just ask them, "how much to ship wheels blah blah blah......" ?

Just got home, had a lot of really good wine. My friend busted out 8 bottles from his collection, there were about 10 of us. The best thing is, I live like > 2 miles away.
