i had to live w/o internet & tv for a day cause comcast was down
i went crazy
but i got hwk done faster

my gf let me borrow fable from her because she finished the game and it's the only thing keeping me sane at the moment. i'm on my second go around and i'm almost done. it's only been 2 weeks. i am so close to killing myself

I just want to comment on Ray's excellent service at MACH III.

Basically, today was the day that my wheels were to be installed on my car. Went down to the shop and first thing Ray did was go personally to the garage to check if everything was set up and ready to go.

So the people there began to mount the wheels on the tires, which went very smoothly.

They were then installed on the car, no problem fast and easy. Alignment went very quick, and was done professionally, all complete with specs printed out for me at the end.

Thing that impressed me the most is that Ray personally went to the garage a couple of times to check on my car. In doing this, he saw that there was a defect on my drivers side tinted window. I couldn't even tell that there was a problem at all! But he insisted that I make an appointment to get the tint redone for that window. What kind of shop would go that far for their customers!?!?! Keep in mind, I got the tints about 2 months back. :rocks:

Not only that but one of the tires had a cut through it, clearly a manufactures defect. He saw this, not me, but him, and promptly contacted the manufacturer and will have another tire shipped by tomorrow. I know for a fact that a lot of shops in the Bay Area would have not recognize this problem, or if they did would not report it. Ray is the man!!!
