People who do not turn right on red, in a turn right only lane. And there are no cars coming and it's legal. Not to mention turning slower than a turtle and driving with their brights on.

This happened to me the other day.

Yes DP, I'm so sick of people texting while driving. Make this shit illegal as hell already with huge fines.
