stock, they are about the same...
fully modded with fbo with the stock turbo, the n54 is faster by maybe 30-40 whp? and has about the same torque

Yea i forgot what version it is but i do have the drifting car when i turn the traction off. The car was def still auto tuning because i just reset everything in the pits and i wasnt able to do any pulls until it was my turn to run so maybe it would have gotten faster. Im def gonna go back but not to Englishtown people there dont know how to run there was 3 cars back to back that leaked fluid and stayed on it all the way down the track....smh. They killed it for everyone

2011 335i Coupe, Msport, full weight

Went to the strip last night, here are the details:

Great Lakes Dragaway, Union Grove, WI. DA around 38 (might be higher as this is calculated off today which is dry, yesterday it rained)

Car is a 2011 335i M Sport Coupe. 6MT, full weight with Nav. Car had 1/2 tank of 93 octane, two tool bags in the trunk (maybe 50lbs extra).

Powertrain is BONE STOCK with 2,000 miles on it. Car has Eibach Prokits, drop perches, and 19" wheels with 275 Nitto Invo street tires.

The track was about 49F making traction a bit difficult. I've had lots of MT RWD cars and (not to brag) have gotten pretty good at launching on street tires. My 92 Toyota MR2 cut 1.70 sixties on 18" street tires, and my last 400wtq V8 RX7 cut 1.8 sixties on 19" street tires... it's all in clutch modulation.

Anyway, NOBODY was getting out of the hole easy because of track temps, and I cut consistant 2.0x's all night. I only made 3 passes and they were RIDICULOUSLY consistant. I think the car has a 13.2 in her bone stock if I can get the 60ft down... maybe even quicker.

I was launching at 3500rpm with a half slip/dump method. I shifted near redline on the 1-2 and then shifted at 6500rpm for the 2-3 and 3-4.

Run 1:
60ft: 2.022, 13.518@103.68mph

Run 2:
60ft: 2.063, 13.494@103.78mph

Run 3:
60ft: 2.089, 13.494@103.69mph

^^ I need an exhaust too..... my last few cars were louder... it's quite a bit easier (for me) to get the perfect launch when I can hear the car's revs while slipping the clutch. This is the first car I've owned which is DEAD SILENT at steady state rpm (like holding at 3k before launch). If the car in the lane next to mine was even on, I couldn't hear a thing.

Vanguard in the mail next week, hopefully.

Great info boostd.

Car and Driver (http://www.caranddriver.com/reviews/...dan-quick_test) has similar quarter mile results as you.

They recorded 13.6s at 106MPH. You had a slightly shorter time, but they were a couple MPH faster at end.

Don't suppose you could throw the Burger Stage 2 tune on there and re-run.

Boostd great results especially for a stock car! You must be one of those few that know how to drive, I just wish the MPH at the end was 2-3 more.

This is beyond slow, especially for that type of car with those mods.

I'm fairly sure that the mph is low because of short shifting. Had I shifted at 7k in every gear, I'd pick up a few more mph and lose a few tenths on the ET.

wonder why you got a limp mode... thought that shit was fixed with the new fueling harness and map changes. I'm pretty sure an AT would do better... might just be your granny shifting and re-building boost after each shift thats killing you.

yea i gotta hit the track again like i said something didnt feel right. Ive raced plenty of cars that trap about 104mph and i walk them. Like i said the car was auto tuning on that run im sure the mph would have went up if i was able to more passes

Ahh yeah, you really should have done a couple more runs to get your targets dialed in. Did you reset the adaptions AND the auto tuning map 2?
