new NC member here - moved to charlotte 6 months ago from canada
Anyone know where I can buy lake country polishing pads in the charlotte area? I'd order online, but I want to Klasse the car on the weekend and they wouldn't arrive on time.

Hey are you going to the drag strip anytime soon?
I would like to race and see what happens. I ran a 8.8x on the 1/8 with SSTT and Intake. You would destroy me but I want to see how it turns out.

I know the 335 wont keep up, but I'm hoping it's at least livable, haha. 335s are running what, up to about 350 RWHP? The Cobra is 450 RWHP and I think the BMW is about 100 pounds lighter, so that's basically a wash. Edit: I'm guessing I can run about a 7.5 1/8th if I can drive, which I can't promise. |

I saw TWO modified E90s today in Durham/Chapel Hill. The first was red with blacklines and I think splitters (I didn't even notice it until it was too late to get any more details), but it was on 15-501 past Performance. The other was a white E90 with blacklines on hillsborough road where the 85 exit is (by the cookout). Anyone?!

I've never seen ANY modded E90s or E92s up in the North Raleigh area. I'm guessing my eye just isn't trained enough yet to notice them. Around here BMWs are every other car though, so half the time I don't even notice.

What do you have though? I should have said average 350 modded, if that. That's with a simple tune and a couple of other things I guess. Hey, I'm still new to these cars and what they can do though, so I could be wrong. I didn't think there were many people who were making 400+ without something big.

But, I'm probably going to lease the 335 because I'm going to be saving money for a house, and plus this is their first generation with the twin turbo, in 3 years they may have something much more impressive out that I'd like to replace it with. So I probably wont be going too fast. Just mods that I can strip quickly if I need to go in for service. |

I saw a silver or white (it was raining) X6 on my way to RDU saturday morning! The front was a whole lot uglier than in pictures.

It's a South East BMW Reps' car. Saw it at dealer. The inside of the car is SICK! Reminds me of the Mercedes CLS 2+2 seats.
