Good luck proving that it wasn't race gas in the tank. From what I just read, the Neon (depending if his really is just a stage 2) can gain up to 45hp from running on race gas and switching on the toys button.

NOS, sure you can look for the injector or the tank (if you are doing multiple runs that would run out a sneaky pete type system).

Take him to a road race coarse and see how it takes turns at a 110mph. That's where the real racers are. A nice day at Mazda Raceway (Laguna Seca) will show where the extra money was spent.

Be safe what ever you do. The street is no where to test/prove anything.

I know my friends SRT4 had about 450 HP, but he finally sold it. Just not very streetable. Loud, overheated, torque steer, etc, etc.
