Not sure about 320d but 335d is approx 600. Think yours does sound high for a diesel?!

yes m8 it does, I have just phoned spider and they say that cos my engine is relatively new the setting may be to high and I have to adjust it by removing the bottom of the unit and moving a pin over to one side

Ring them back and ask if doing this will affect the performance or just sort out the high idle speed?

When using a tuning box it's not unusual for the MPG reading to be 10-15% optimistic. Most MPG is calculated by using the injector pulse width at a set pressure level. As the tuning box increases the preasure the ECU may be realise this and underestimate the MPG.
It's worth doing a manual calculation to check if the on board computer is lying. |

I can tell u its 800 on my 320d as its got the coupe clocks which show blocks of...200rpm its deffo on the 4th ...so i equate 800rpm.
Think coupes have different clocks? |

Bloody hell.....fitted the spider to the car.....planted foot down onto the main road and the car nearly did a 180 degree turn....increase in power is BIG compared to standard....smoothes the roughness out of the engine....and when you just cruise along, returns 54mpg.....RESULT
