So after all the tyre talk i went ahead and got some.

Since i was going to get rid of the 230's anyways i decided to get some new wheels as well.

BBS LM reps in 19 x 8.5 fronts and 19 x 9.5 rears, offsets are 35 on both.

Also went with some Michelin PSS, an amazing tyre and i couldn't believe how bad the run flats really were until i took them off

Awesome! Time for rear subframe bushings? Hows the rear end feel with increased grip?

Looks great! Love the mesh look with a bit of dish now you need to black out the ugly chrome window trim

Nah I reckon the chrome bits around the car work well with the silver wheels!

Good to see someone opt for BBS LM's (even if reps) instead of the usual GTC/VMR styles.

Before the rear tyres would just spin when boost came on but now i can see i need those subframe bushes, it just rear steers all over the place.

Im thinking about doing everything all at once though so bushes, swaybar and control arms to save on labor times.

Thanks iv always been a fan of the BBS style rims and love abit a dish on a wheel.

Im going to give wrapping the trim in a gloss black with some gloss black grills a go next and see how it looks, the wheel do match the trim nicely though.

I love the dish and was thinking about getting the Varrstoen es1's but damn those sizes would be hard to fit without rolling and cutting guards.

Not too difficult DIY job on jackstands in my opinion (could do it in less than 3 hours). Let me know if you want to borrow the rear subframe bushing removal tool I have. If you have the subframe lowered you could do the rear sway at the same time. The E82 people don't normally upgrade the rear sway unless they have a clutch LSD (the car is already tail happy), not sure about E90/E92s?
