I'm thinking of going with a VRSF but I'm not sure exactly what would be needed to connect it while eliminating the stock click connections. Probably iaknown's CNCd piece and some silicone couplers which is why I would spend the extra for a kit from him.

Cheaper alternative that performs the same ...

Owen, are you tuned or what? I advise looking Iaknown's high quality helix (ia, did I spell that right ?) core setup. Several here have raved about it. Please don't buy junk as you'll regret it. You new guys are getting on the train for much cheaper than we that purchased new or low miles. IC is a mod I hadn't done yet but will buy the deluxe unit when it's time.

Hey, iaknown, do you know and if YES, can you let me know what is the diameter of the turbo outlet here?
And will American sizing (for example if it its 2&3/4") fit snug on that outlet if its ended up being european size?!

That's a custom fitting that has evolved to a CNC fitting. But it's not a standard size. So what dimension are you asking for?

Is the hot side hose on target to be available around the same time as the intercooler?

If it's not the hard pipe will still be available with the kit so either way you're covered

Im asking now, to provide a picture (if you have) and diameter of the OEM turbo hot side flange! (Just like picture below but without yoru sleeve)! Where "RED" boost hose plugs inn!?
What diameter of that 45 elbow did you use? If I would have to guess its something like 2.5"?

I didn't realize that the picture below has your "Sleeve" already installed, looks so OEM!)

I believe this is what you are referring to (ignore the loctite)....

As you can see, there isn't any solid retention without a sleeve solution. But since you asked, the diameter here is 2.400"

Is there any chance we could have a kit for us wanting to eliminate the factory seals by getting a VRSF or equivalent intercooler? I know the Helix are better but I'll be running meth so I'm not concerned with the most efficient intercooler possible, I just want to eliminate the factory connections and tiny stock cooler.

Something like your turbo outlet piece, with silicone hoses etc to make it an all in one kit?
