We have no problem at all giving him full refund but we have already paid for the G5 board to ship out to Singapore out of pocket.
We cannot pay for him to return the products as well just because he did not like forum members response to his thread.

Keep an eye on the bmw-sg.com for-sale forum for anyone selling G4 boxes. That's the main forum for BMW guys in Singapore.
