Hi

Spoke to the dealer that has my car currently and got the list of what he said was available for the E90 currently

Spoiler (carbon and painter)
Defuser
Steering Wheel

Thats all he had

Said the brakes were as already said £999+ fitting

I don't think i will ever use them to there capability but look SWEET! in the glossy mag.

I already have them fitting blacklines and a painted spoiler before i go and pick it up.

Carbon defuser to follow and yes wing mirror covers to match would be a deffinate purchace as again they look amazing on the 1 series.

I reckon the standard brakes are pretty good (for road use anyway) but the Perf Brakes would give a massive improvement for road or track and they look the dogs doo-da's too

Oh I see (the fog clears) - just me taking comments too literally (as usual)

Doesn't the 135i come with the performance breaks up front as standard? I think they are painted black rather than yellow.

I contacted BMW UK, who predictably were not sure about anything

Anyone know why the 135i has the 6 pots as standard but the 335i does not?

Don't think so. The 135 brakes are not as good as the standard 335's (smaller), so I doubt they'd be dubbed performance brakes. They had to go 6 pot just to fit them.

I just ordered the BMW performance exhaust for the E92 335i. I'm told i'm the first and only one ordering it in Canada and it should arrive the end of this week. Converted, my cost is $700 GBP before install.

Cool! I haven't heard of it being available in the U.S.

Let us know how it is, and pics and all if you can. I wonder if it has the "flap" on the driver's side like the stock exhaust.

My dealer told me it gets rid of the flap and puts a new pipe from the cat back. I'll take pictures of it in the box, before install, when it comes in, and post them.

Resurrecting this thread..........

Has anyone used the BMW performance short shift kit?

http://www.realoem.com/bmw/showparts...78&hg=25&fg=95

Found a few posts about maybe getting one, but has anyone done it?

Quite fancy one for the new 335i tourer, but only if I could keep the m-sport leather gaiter, don't want the alcantara one to clash with the interior!
