Any idea on how much the price of the wheel is, without the cover?

The cover from the ZSP fits this wheel, correct?

The wheel is pretty sweet, I might pick one up if the price isn't too bad for just the wheel, no cover.

I'd pay $25 MORE not to have the cover. I don't like it.

Over time this is what will happen and most likely worst, but I love the lcd idea. Who ever purchase this, I hope you use some kind of cover or just dont sweat.

most driving wheels are like that .... my old sparco/prodrive wheel in my evo was the same material and held up jsut fine ...its all a matter of how well you take care of your car ... and from the rest of the interior in that pic above it looks like the owner beats on that thing

My local dealer here in Canada just got back to me about this part. They want $1400 for the wheel and $85 for the cover. Does anyone see a problem with this price?

The dealers here in Canada are the biggest crooks. They mark everything up like 1000%

Dealer just got back to me and said that BMW Canada is only getting one of these per month. Talk about limited production. If there is demand for these, they should definitely be increasing production.

Are they still on back order? I should be able to get them for around $800 once they become available

Ordered one yesterday. With my BMWCCA discount it came to $800 without the fugly cover. They're now 22 backordered with no indication on when it will be coming out.

If there is so much demand, why don't they increase production?
