But this vendor only charges $60 for shipping right? Comparing to the other is it $200?

How much is the H&R coilover? My sister E46 325xi uses H&R coilover too, they are height adjustable only. Also is kind of slammed too, but I find the ride ok. Its stiff, but is kind of rough (maybe is too slammed) but is not like Tein SS in my RSX that kind of rough, the rebound is nice too. Does anyone have the link so I can check the specs out.

If you search the forum, most people don't recommend installing just hte lowering spring... and you may experience hopping over bumps.

Please dont do it, do it right the first time, my sister lowered her 325 on H&R race springs and after 6 months, the ride became very bouncy. You will end up blowing your stock shocks and resulting shitty ride and then paying money to get new coilover and get them install. Dont waste $500 for nothing.

Hey, I just spoke to a Canadian supplier for H&R. Best he could do was $1500 + GST delivered to GTA = CAD$1575 (he's located in Quebec, so we don't have to pay PST). Tirerack quotes an all-in (brokerage, taxes, duties), delivered to your door price of USD$1557. I have a USD credit card, so I don't have to worry about the normal 2.5% commission on foreign currency and also the exchange rate used by the credit card companies. If you have to factor that in, then Tirerack will be a touch more expensive.

We could try a U.S. vendor, but quite frankly I am concerned with customs brokerage, duties and taxes.

I was quoted $1460 for V2's shipped to my door 3 or 4 months ago from supreme power. I would certainly hope alot cheaper than that.
