Your alignment spec indicate you may have a slightly bent strut or possible dimpled strut top mount on the body. Shouldn't really cause a vibration.

Have you checked rotor temperatures after braking? a hanging caliper will cause a vibration this bad easily, and aren't all that uncommon

back to the tires 18 or 19lbs is the spec for most passenger cars, BMW's number is actually lower.

We have brand new tires right off the shelf fail road force all time

My issue consists of bad quality tires and slight bends in the rim. Mainly tires. I'm going to ride it out for the winter the way it is then look at apex wheels on PSS with a new shock and spring setup + new allignment. I'll still keep this thread updated if anything new pops up. But hopefully others can use it as a reference guide to pinpoint their problems!
