No, its more power all the way, BMS filter is BLUE line... Green line is stock airbox

Wait.. you mean betwen 2200-2700 rpms? thats just because the dyno run wasn't floored as early... we could easily of hit the gas earlier, and made that spool line sooner.... left to right is RPM, top to bottom is power

Actually, if you look at that, it means that the car spooled faster, because they both reach full power at the same time, but the blue run started later... meaning it actually spooled faster. The starting point of the run is simply when the operator hit the button to start the run and floored the car

BMS and all filters will do the same. less power in low revs, a lot of power in the higher revs. I like power down low so i'll be switching back.

Quality product for sure though, just not for me.
was it that bad??...can you be more specific when you say its not for you, was it the sound being too loud? butt dyno was deceiving?

today was the day...

1) install was a piece of cake, took about 20 minutes.

2) I can tell you the sound is a beauty. so addicting to hear these turbos, this is what the car should have sounded when it left the lot.

3) As far as power i feel a very smooth response throughout the power band, and a better pull from say 5-6k. its only been a few hours so i think i need to put some miles and go WOT for a day or two...

overall I'm happy and feel it is a good upgrade for the cheddar$$.

What's all this talk about loss of power lower down the RPM range...stop spewing garbage misinformation. Please explain to me how something less restrictive can hinder power down low.

Exactly what I'm thinking. But in some cases with N/A cars, different type of header will affect power at different levels of the spectrum. I'm not sure if this applies to turbo cars.

Increases airflow.

Think of a hose. When you put your thumb over the spout, the water shoots out faster, when you let it go, it comes out as a steady stream. Same applies.

As the cross-sectional area decreases down the velocity stack, the speed of the air increases.

Any real difference between a dual intake system as compared to the Logic HVI? Seems like the HVI is a bit louder, but the filter is in a weird place.
