True story, I got a health salon call for a re roof, the owners were involved with all the hiring no GC, I put in my bid and got it, I priced it high, surprisingly they verbally accepted quickly, I visited the site contract in hand and to talk about the details then his wife came to the scene, we shaked hands... right away she gave me a glare, your hands are very soft she said, you do not participate during the job? likely just a paper contractor using all subs with no hands on work, in short we're going in another direction.

Notes: I do work on my projects, I'm not a laborer but I'm on every site working/supervising she did not like my neat, clean and soft hands.

being neat cost me $25k easy

Oh I do - hence I gave you the time out of my day to actually research poisonous animals in Australia to make my response hit closer to home. The effort was not finding a poisonous animal in Australia naturally, no, the effort was weeding out the thousands of poisonous animals that call Australia home to narrow it down to the most appropriate two animals!

Anyway, we are WAY off-topic! I'm a soap & water kind of guy, but 2 products that I use regularly are Imperial Leather after-shave and (bless it) my Deep Heat Arthritis Cream. I have learnt how to manage my arthritis but it does rear it's ugly head now & then. When it does, Deep Heat takes the sharpness out of it's bite.
