My husband isn't type A so around the house I let him destroy the office to an extent and one area of the island. I used to pester him but realized the little things like this aren't worth it but on occasion I swipe everything into a big pile have a mini meltdown & move on lol. |

As for the sleep schedule....I'm the last person that could help you there as mine has always been jacked up!

Go Pickle go! Good for you man! I have no advice for you on sleep either. I'm lucky if I get 4-5 hours a night.

Great news on smoking. Keep it up!
For sleep, try keeping a fairly regular bedtime / wake up time, don’t nap during the day, avoid eating for a couple of hours before bedtime, keep phone and other electronics out of the bedroom (or at least off) and maybe a little light exercise before going to bed. If necessary, try some melatonin to get started on a schedule but I wouldn’t rely on it every night indefinitely.

I've noticed, in the past few weeks while working out at home, that I have a tendency to grind my teeth or do this weird under bite thing with my jaw during sets. I've never noticed myself doing it before, but now I notice it every time. God only knows how much of a fool I've made myself at the gym making stupid faces. I have to remedy this now before the gym opens back up. No one wants to be the crazy mouth guy.

I just re-read this and I'd like to make this publicly known that I am not an alcoholic, I just go out way too much when my friends are here and the state isn't locked down
