It shouldn't take six weeks for your E92 to reach the east coast, because that's about the length of time that it takes for a new bimmer to reach the west coast of Canada. Hopefully, you should see your car in 4-5 weeks after production is completed. Please share your impressions after you get your new machine. ![]()

Of all the photos of Space grey on this thread, perhaps the 1st, 3rd and 4th photos above come the closest to reality. But even these photos are a pale imitation of the real Space grey. The coupe looks very handsome and classy in this colour. The strong silver metallic flaking in the paint does not seem to come through in the photos. IMO, this is the best silver/grey colour that BMW has introduced since Sterling silver. Space grey has no odd undertones like Sparkling graphite (can appear eggplant in the sun). If you like a rich grey look, Space grey is a great choice. IMO, the coupe looks much better in this colour than TiAg. ![]()

Your pictures are killing me! ![]() I just ordered my 335i today. Premium, Sport, and heated seats. Space gray with black leather/ metallic trim. I have until next Friday to decide if I want to change the interior to red/ metallic Or change the exterior color to Red and keep the black/ metallic interior. Any thoughts? Thanks for posting those pictures! |

![]() As far as alternatives for the interior, have you seen grey poplar ? I think it looks much better than the al trim that scratches and dents very easily. I test drove a coupe this morning with this bright trim. It looks flashy, but it does reflect light into your eyes depending on the sunlight. If you want to liven up the interior, consider saddle brown/burl walnut, or if you are really brave, go for the coral red/grey poplar. If you choose red exterior, you will be amongst a very few with this choice (see the E92 Poll thread). Whatever combo you end up choosing, it will be a fabulous machine !!! :rocks:

Noticed you got Jade Gray interior...... Does the Jade Gray come with the black carpet / speaker housings in CA. It seems like all trims go very well with Jade.... What did you go with? Would you or any other know if there is a way to order the Jade Gray in the US? |
