I still think that the gloss black looks best. Give a sporty look and still has that finish to match the gloss of the paint. Matte gives a meaner look but always thought the matte black looked unfinished or weathered, like black trim that had gone through a few too any winters but that is just my opinion and it doesnt reflect the opinions of management.

a) matte black kidney grill
b) glossy black kidney grill
I am waiting to order my grill and painted reflectors asap from bimmian.com but am faced with a decision that is hard to make without seeing the two side by side

To everyone painting there grills Gloss Black...Are you painting just the outer part black (ie what was chrome) and leaving inside slats matt? Or are you guys painting whole lot gloss?
