It is raining. I'll still be there late. If its raining we'll meet inside the dunkin donuts. If its not raining we'll meet in the normal spot. I'll be out around 9.

It's easy. I ran mine into Fuse #8 (Accessory) with the small add-a-fuse from Autozone (It just piggy backs). Then just run the cable down the A-Pillar. Doneski.

Good idea. I need to get an add a fuse from autozone. The a-pillars just pull off right?

if u pry off the airbag screw although i've read its a bitch to reinstall, i actually just threaded it down the a pillar without pulling the cover. shouldnt take u more than 30 minutes.

I missed the door bell today and I'll have to pick it up from fedex tomorrow. I'll try and hardwire it my self. See how it goes.

where you located? maybe i can stop by and give you a hand.

you need:
-electrical tape
-tool to splice the wire (remove the outer skin)
-the v1 hardwire kit from your v1 box
-add a circuit from autozone
-skinny flat heads to tuck the wire in
-screwdriver

I'm in New City. I've got all that. Just need to pick up the add a fuse/circuit thing. I'll probably take a swing at it later. PM me if you'd like to roll through and point me in the right direction.

Where do I run the ground if I use the add-a-fuse?

.... never mind. Figured it out. But cant find an add a fuse on the autozone website and it says they dont have fuse taps at my local store.

small parts like that are not posted on the site, they are in the section where the sylvania bulbs are and is named "add a fuse" or "add a circuit". just a reminder autozone moved from the original rt 59 place to the rt 59 mcdonalds shopping plaza thingy

Awesome. Hows it compare to the old gears? I think thats what we have in the 335i autos. Lucky I'm not getting a jb3 or I'd have to beat you in a race

No,
3.08 for Manual and 3.46 For auto 335's

M's are 3.62 stock (M3's and Z4M's) not sure about other M models,

Although I wish it was as easy as a JB module to get such power from an M,
